Stimpson 500 Machine

The Stimpson 500 electric powered setting machine was designed to auto feed either eyelets or rivets. The machine was also made in an air powered version. The 500 machine is a table top mounted machine equipped with a remote foot pedal for activation which leaves the operators hands free to hold the work. Like all auto feed eyelet and rivet machines, the Stimpson 500 machine is capable of setting one diameter eyelet or rivet barrel only. These machines need to be setup for either eyelets or rivets. The machine cannot run both. The Stimpson 500 machine is used for larger production runs where one size eyelet or rivet is exclusively used. The machine has a throat depth of 6 inches.

Size Capacity:

• 1/8 inch diameter eyelets to a 1/4 inch eyelet or grommet or all Stimpson CE rivets

Advantages:

• Electric assist greatly reduces operator fatigue. Auto feeding of the eyelet or rivet will improve productivity

Maintenance:

• Lubrication with 30wt motor oil before use is recommended

• Hands Free electronic ring guard safety devise or palm button actuation are available
• Workplate with back and side gauges for centering work

• Work light to illuminate setting area
