J-569A Electric Snap Machine

The J-569A & J569B are electric dual auto feed snap machines setup for industry snap fastener components.  The J-569A feeds and sets the Cap and Socket parts of the snap and the J-569B sets the Stud and Post parts of the snaps.  These machines are usually sold in pairs as two machines are needed to feed all four parts of the snap set. The machine punches a hole and sets the two part snap in all types of materials including leather, vinyl, plastics and textiles.

Advantages

Maintenance

• Lubrication with 30wt motor oil before use is recommended
